I'll review your questionnaire and build the framework for your training.

If we need to fine-tune the details, we'll connect over Zoom to make sure your plan fits your life before it's finalized.

Meet Your runDisney Coach

My RunDisney journey began in 2016 when I convinced my mom and my mother-in-law to train for our very first half marathon together. Crossing that finish line was magical, but what happened the next morning changed everything.

As we waited for the bus back to the airport, I watched marathon runners returning to our resort wearing their medals. I remember thinking, I wonder if I could do that someday.

"Someday" arrived just two years later when I completed my first marathon during runDisney Marathon Weekend in 2018.

Since then, I've returned to WDW for races during Wine & Dine, Marathon Weekend, and Springtime Surprise, experiencing joy and fun and meeting new and old friends along the way. I love the unique combination of community, Disney magic, and personal accomplishment that makes every runDisney weekend unforgettable.

As both a running coach and a pediatrician, I understand what it's like to balance big goals with a busy life. I've helped first time runDisney runners and returning fans to train by creating personalized training plans that fit their schedules while preparing them for the unique demands of runDisney races.
