Hi, I’m Dr. Michelle Quirk - Pediatrician, Run Coach, and Founder of Mindful Marathon.
In 2012, I was a newly minted pediatrician — burned out, overwhelmed, and juggling new roles as a doctor, wife, and daughter. My dad had just been diagnosed with lung cancer, and life felt impossibly heavy.
I laced up my shoes and started running five minutes around the block, three times a week. It wasn’t pretty, but it gave me something priceless: a quiet mind in the middle of the chaos.
Running became my reset button - my way back to myself.
Now, I help other women physicians find that same sense of balance and joy through mindful, personalized running plans that work with your life, not against it.
Hi, I’m Dr. Katy Vieira - Physical therapist and Founder of Re•Move Rehab & Performance.
Movement is an underrated gift. Having struggled with chronic pain, injury, and the subsequent emotional distress, I know how challenging it is to be in pain and lack confidence in our bodies when all we want to do is move and be active.
No one is safe from injury, pain, and movement limitations. My goal is to break down your barriers and empower you to improve your movement capacity, whether for daily living or to PR your next race.
I have a passion working with runners and active individuals with chronic pain, particularly with spine and lower extremity issues. As an avid runner dealing with chronic issues, I see you and want to guide you toward your goals.
