Meet your coach
Michelle Quirk, MD
I may be a pediatrician, but I'm really passionate about helping busy professionals to prioritize their well-being through running and fitness. I remember what it was like to feel discouraged and stuck when I started out in the sport.
I started Mindful Marathon to help others improve their lives by embracing running and exercise. I’m all about celebrating our current fitness, wherever that happens to be, and I’m a big believer in the idea that every runner starts from somewhere.

8 Live Coaching Sessions
With a focus on topics to get you started to run AND to continue, with plenty of time for Q&A. Every session is recorded for easy access at your convenience.

The training plan will use run/walk intervals to gently progress to the 5k distance over eight weeks. Intervals will be individualized to each runner.
